Must be able to:

- Ensure employee engagement
- Create, manage and execute HR projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Ability to drive, influence and implement human resource strategies
- Experience with workforce management initiatives and employee relations
- Experience with succession planning, comp and performance management
- Ability to ensure employee engagement and management effectiveness
- Ability to create, manage and execute HR projects
