A recruitment process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist in Scottsdale.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as an expert on HR policies and procedures
- Provide administration of the company benefit plans
- Lead wellness program initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Open to some occasional travel
- Proven track record as an HR Generalist, ideally with at least 5 years’ experience
