Job Summary
An insurance provider has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Generalist in Springfield.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting exit interviews
- Responding to and advising on employee relations issues
- Analyzing Human Resources issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel between corporate locations on average once per quarter
- 3 years of experience handling employee relations
- Minimum 1-3 years industry experience with a HR degree
- Bachelors or Masters (BS, BA or MA) in Human Resources Management preferred
