A global cybersecurity technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Global Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Strategically planning global human resource programs
- Developing and implementing a global human capital plan
- Managing organizational change
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources, or educational equivalent
- Human Resources certification (e.g., SHRM)
- 10+ years of progressively responsible human resources management experience
- Proven experience overseeing human resources of a multi-national human resources department
- Experience in all facets of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, and retirement
- Demonstrated agent of organization and cultural change
