Job Summary
A CRM software company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Head of People in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Own end-to-end human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and legal compliance
- Serve as a thought-leader on all employee-related matters, including development of organizational structure and enablement of goals and objectives
- Run the performance management process, including goal setting and performance assessment, feedback and training processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of human resources experience in tech space
- Possess a desire to take on challenges and help shape a fast growing organization
- Have experience growing a remote / hybrid-remote team with a collaborative work style and ability to work cross-functionally
- Have a strong understanding of how to structure and operate compensation and benefit programs
- Possess the ability to resolve employee disputes successfully and professionally
