Job Summary

A human resources firm is seeking a Remote Human Resources Implementation Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with client to understand requirements and business needs of the project
• Keeping team members informed about ongoing discussions with the client
• Communicating project status, issues, and risks to ensure successful system delivery

Qualifications Include:

• 5 years of demonstrated experience in HR Administration/HRMS implementations
• 5 years of demonstrated experience in Payroll implementations
• 5 years of demonstrated experience in Benefit Administration implementations
• Experience implementing: Performance Management, Recruiting/Applicant Tracking, or Time/Attendance
• Solid technical and problem-solving skills
