Job Summary
A health and beauty company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Information System Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the tier I ticket support of the system
- Assisting Tier 2 analysts with project related work as needed
- Creating, maintaining, and scheduling basic custom reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience with Workday HRIS
- Experience working on teams and ability to demonstrate effective teamwork
- Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and HR function
- Analytical and problem solving skills, some experience applying skills to resolve system issues
- Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, HR or Operations background
- A willingness to learn every day and adjust to vying demands
