Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Human Resources Information System Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Provide technical support, HR system maintenance and support, troubleshooting assistance
  • Maintain optimal functionality of HR information systems
  • Oversee documentation of requirements, development, implementation, and testing

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s in human resources, information technology, business, or a related field or equivalent
  • Technical skills and 5+ years experience with HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with and influence various stakeholders
