Job Summary
A community development technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Information System Reporting Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Producing weekly, monthly, quarterly standard reports and analytics timely and accurately
- Performing routine audits of benefits and compensation data, as well as project work in these functional areas
- Recommending improvements and support team-wide efforts to continuously provide best-in-class service for our end-users
Position Requirements Include:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with UKG BI reporting (Cognos) and UKG Dimensions Reporting
- 3+ years of experience in HR Analyst or Administrator Role
- Highly technical understanding of at least one enterprise HRIS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
- Thorough understanding of all areas of HR information systems, including HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance
