Job Summary

A food and agriculture consulting company is seeking a Remote Human Resources Information System Service Delivery Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being the relationship manager for our Managed Service Provider
• Maintaining process maps for People processes captured in HRIS systems
• Assisting with the execution of a process improvements

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of IT Business Analyst, Technical System Administration, and/or Product experience
• Experience managing a Managed Service Provider
• Experience documenting user stories
• Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
• Experience creating current and future process flow diagrams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
