Job Summary

A professional services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Information Systems Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining current knowledge of human resource systems technology trends and practices
• Establishing and managing project plans and team to manage financial system initiatives
• Developing and managing an HRIS roadmap that identifies future enhancements and upgrades to human resource systems

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 6 years of HRIS platform experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Extensive technical and operational knowledge of a large scale HRIS platform, such as Dayforce or Workday
• Demonstrable success implementing and supporting large scale enterprise applications especially an HRIS
• Track record of success leading large scale HRIS transformation organizational efforts with teams inside and outside of People Operations
