Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing in-depth design documents and project plans for moderate to large scale initiatives
- Managing deliverables to ensure on-time delivery and on-budget execution
- Identifying and resolving complex project issues
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 or more years of experience
- Experience developing learning activities using eLearning, classroom, virtual, and hands-on applications.
- Expert proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Camtasia, Captivate 2019, Brainshark, Vyond, and MS Office
- Experience creating storyboards, narration scripts, and eLearning content outlines
- Excellent knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc)
- Knowledge of best learning experience platforms and content management systems
