Job Summary

A biopharmaceutical company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Investigations Staff Relations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Gathering and reviewing relevant evidence and records
  • Identifying relevant investigation issues, potential evidence, and investigative actions
  • Analyzing information collected from witnesses and evidence and reach timely and well-reasoned conclusions

Qualifications Include:

  • Previous experience conducting HR investigations
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and fairly apply company policy, internal HR procedures
  • Ability to maintain and report on confidential information in an appropriate manner
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws governing employment and labor
  • Awareness of emerging HR compliance issues, internally and externally, and the implications to the company
  • At least a High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Investigations experience
