Job Summary
A software development firm has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in a new HRIS selection, assessment, and migration
- Analyzing and updating existing processes, policies and systems to ensure they are up to date
- Identifying areas for automation and implement processes that will require minimal manual work
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years experience in HR in a high growth startup or in a tech company (or applicable experience)
- Is comfortable acquiring data from multiple sources and carrying out data analysis
- Has experience researching, drafting, and implementing HR policy
- Has experience as a system admin for HRIS and/or HR process systems
- Understands how to analyze organizational risk with the applicable US, state, and municipal laws
- Ability to analyze, implement, and improve systems
