Job Summary

A software development firm has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Leader.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Participating in a new HRIS selection, assessment, and migration
  • Analyzing and updating existing processes, policies and systems to ensure they are up to date
  • Identifying areas for automation and implement processes that will require minimal manual work

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years experience in HR in a high growth startup or in a tech company (or applicable experience)
  • Is comfortable acquiring data from multiple sources and carrying out data analysis
  • Has experience researching, drafting, and implementing HR policy
  • Has experience as a system admin for HRIS and/or HR process systems
  • Understands how to analyze organizational risk with the applicable US, state, and municipal laws
  • Ability to analyze, implement, and improve systems
