Job Summary

A financial services and investment firm is in need of a Remote Human Resources Learning Experience Designer III.

Must be able to:

  • Build learner capabilities and drive behavioral change using a learner-centered creative design process
  • Anticipate and recommend opportunities to optimize learning experiences
  • Collaborate on the development of assessments and learning measurement plans

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of proven experience developing adaptive and/or interactive multi-modal, fit-to-purpose learning and performance solutions
  • Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience designing, developing, and curating learning and performance initiatives that achieve business goals
  • Brinkerhoff Architect Certification required within first 6 months
  • Advanced understanding of Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Modern Learning Experience Tools and Methodologies
  • Proficient understanding of the Finance Services Industry
