An international insurance company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Leave Specialist II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Being responsible for the full scope of LOA (Leave of Absence), Disability and FMLA case management
• Serving as a single point of contact throughout the leave of absence process
• Ensuring adherence to legal regulations and company policies

Required Skills:

• Minimum of three years relevant experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent or higher
• Able to provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and the HR community
