A human resources management software and services company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Management Solutions Client Support Specialist II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to basic inquiries regarding products and non-technical questions
- Resolving routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions
- Handling customer inquiries that could require data entry changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Initially remote, then work some or all of your work week in the office when company determines
- At least 1 year of previous experience
