Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing, recommending and implementing employment policies
• Assisting managers to deal with employee performance and related issues
• Being in charge of all aspects of recruitment

Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to travel by air and ground according to business needs
• Proven ability to conceptualize ambiguity and to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Software cloud-based tool savvy
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of office productivity software
• Bachelor's Degree combined with PHR, SPHR or equivalent certification
• A min of 10 years in progressively responsible HR roles, or 5 years in HR if combined with other roles for a total of 15 years
