- Facilitating and monitoring payroll with multiple cycles
- Leading company recruiting process
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years in a dedicated HR role with 3+ years of HR management experience
- Ability to analyze, interpret, manipulate data as it relates to the HR function
- Experience working in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-quality talent in virtual environments
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
