An insurance and financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a coach and liaison between employees and management
- Researching and interpreting policies and procedures
- Responding to day-to-day inquiries from clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel required
- A minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, drive for results and initiative
- Keen customer focus, relationship-building skills
