Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage Visa and immigration needs across the team
• Support the entire team on HR-related matters
• Create management training curriculum and an employee handbook

Required Skills:

• Experience partnering with leaders to build a performance management and growth systems
• Several years of proven experience working in an employee relations and/or HR role
• Naturally able to use the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to work in a highly technical environment with video calls, Slack, G-Suite tools, and an applicant tracking system
