- Develop best practices around employee relations
- Develop, maintain, and improve performance reviews processes
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in HR and recruiting
- Is native or fluent in English (speaking/reading/writing)
- Familiarity and comfort with international working cultures
- Is magnetic, energetic, sociable, efficient, and creative
- Has experience with both quantitative and qualitative data and analysis
- Is data-driven and results-focused
