Job Summary
A consumer electronics company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Crafting, creating and building various HR processes, as assigned by the Head of People
- Drafting policies, a handbook, contractor/temporary employee contracts, employee agreements, etc
- Collaborating with the legal team, PEO provider, and others to finish projects and initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong project management and/or change management knowledge and skills
- Demonstrated experience writing policies
- Minimum of 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience leading or executing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
- Experience providing suggestions or counsel to an HR Leader
- Ability to work autonomously yet has strong collaboration skills
