Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

- Knowledge of federal employment laws, and state by state requirements and benefits regulations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Sound professional ethics and sensitivity to the confidential nature of HR information
- Experience managing a dispersed workforce
