Job Summary
An insurance technology company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing feedback/ voice of the client to COE partners on business practices
- Managing human resources ROB (rhythm of the business) practices, programs, and processes
- Participating as a key contributor to the creation, development, and implementation of foundational HR programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of experience, in a client-facing HR role
- Basic knowledge and some experience in organizational design principles
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS office
