Job Summary

A commercial electronic security company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Manufacturing Director.

Must be able to:

• Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations
• Provide HR leadership and guidance for the SEF NA Operations organization
• Facilitate positive working relationships and accountability within and across the SEF business unit

Qualifications Include:

• Travel (25% - 30%) to conduct in-person meetings, reviews, plant tours, etc
• Knowledge and familiarity with Lean Enterprises
• Experience in both union and non-union sites
• n-depth knowledge about local HR Processes, employment and legal regulations
• Excellent knowledge of key attributes of HR management
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
