Job Summary
A digital services company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Mergers and Acquisition Due Diligence Human Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Lead HR associates and external advisors from pre-due-diligence through Integration Kickoff
- Conduct thorough due diligence of potential acquired companies
- Identify HR findings, risks, and implications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in Human Resources, particularly mergers and acquisitions
- Ability to conduct thorough due diligence of potential acquired companies
- Understand compensation and benefits programs
- Able to provide concise input for all employment related matters to SPA, disclosures, schedules, and TSA
- Knowledge of various HR administrative components
