A digital services company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Mergers and Acquisition Due Diligence Human Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Lead HR associates and external advisors from pre-due-diligence through Integration Kickoff
  • Conduct thorough due diligence of potential acquired companies
  • Identify HR findings, risks, and implications

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience in Human Resources, particularly mergers and acquisitions
  • Ability to conduct thorough due diligence of potential acquired companies
  • Understand compensation and benefits programs
  • Able to provide concise input for all employment related matters to SPA, disclosures, schedules, and TSA
  • Knowledge of various HR administrative components
