Job Summary
A non-profit crisis mapping project is in need of a Human Resources Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Support recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Maintain correspondence with applicants and current employees and consultants
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Fluency in English (essential)
- Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines with limited supervision
- Good judgment and extremely high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
