Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Operations and Delivery Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the subject matter expert on complex ADA and LOA cases for the leave programs in alignment and under the general direction and guidance of HR leadership
- Staying abreast of and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and industry laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Determining appropriate ADA accommodations or negotiates reasonable alternatives
