Job Summary
A tele-health service provider is seeking a Remote Human Resources Operations and Onboarding Coordinator in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as resource for active employees for HR related questions
- Scheduling new hire onboarding meetings
- Stepping in to begin and usher along new hire process as soon as a candidate offer is signed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare provider types (APRN, MD, Therapists)
- At least 3 years of HR/onboarding experience in a healthcare setting
- Works well under pressure and pays meticulous attention to detail
- High level of comfort working with data and spreadsheets
