Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Operations and Workday Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Creating reports and dashboards
  • Managing all HR systems and processes
  • Driving, project managing and helping configure the implementation of Workday recruiting

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Regular team activities, including happy hours, community service events
  • Four-year college degree
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in HRIS and experience with Workday implementations
  • Advanced compensation, onboarding
  • Strong project management experience with ability to drive cross functional teams
  • Proven experience using a project management methodology
