Job Summary

A provider of sales and business growth solutions is seeking a Remote Human Resources Operations Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Administer and oversee the Workday HRIS and ATS application
  • Configure management of the workday application
  • Oversee transaction processing of all Workday related tickets

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5 years of Workday HRIS experience, leading and executing a global talent management strategy
  • Proven ability to manage global initiatives
  • Proven success leading cross-functional and diverse teams
  • Global benefits design and strategy experience
  • Experience managing global insurance broker and various other vendors
  • Deep understanding of employment-related laws and regulations
