Job Summary
A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Ensure compensation, benefits, equity, and other rewards programs are forward-thinking
- Centralize and administer employee benefits programs
- Identify and propose modifications and enhancements to our total rewards programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7 years of experience and progressive responsibility in compensation, benefits, and HR systems
- five years in a benefits management role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of compliance landscapes including SOC, SOX, tax requirements, and government regulations
- Experience with diligence and assimilation for mergers and acquisitions.
- Project management and organization skills
