Job Summary
A bioscience company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Operations Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Training, educating and aligning HR team to processes
- Supporting base and variable pay and equity processes for global organization
- Running monthly HR KPI reports and metrics by analysis and utilizing information for improvement
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel if remote, 10-25%, if based in San Jose, 0-10%
- BA/BS degree required with 3+ years or MS degree with 2 years in roles of increasing responsibility
- Proven success with process implementation and projects and program management skills
- Confirmed ability and success in leading multiple priorities with completion dates
- Working knowledge of Workday HRMS systems, compensation and benefits
- Solid systems experience required including intermediate Excel and MS office skills
