Job Summary
A manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Operations Program Management Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating, guiding and managing overall program and strategy plans with HR Operations
- Partnering with HR functional areas and other areas
- Driving overall program management governance according to our HR Operating budget
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Capital Management or related area
- 3+ years of experience in a global business environment
- Ability to consult across business areas in providing program management
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in a complex, service-intensive, fast paced environment
- Outstanding presentation development skills and ability to create a meaningful story
- Ability to collaborate and drive on new solutions through process improvement efforts
