Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Human Resources Operations Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Promoting functional efficiency and service excellence in day-to-day administration
  • Delivering benchmarked, continuously improving, and best practice, transactional and operational solutions
  • Optimizing current and future contracted services

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years of experience leading cross functional system and service delivery within HR, including HR Information Systems
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on payroll, compensation and benefits technology functionality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with acquisitions and integrations
