Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Organization Design and Strategy Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Consulting with business leaders and HR stakeholders to evolve business needs
- Establishing the foundational tools and templates for organizational effectiveness
- Providing expert advice and counsel to all levels of leadership
Position Requirements Include:
- Outstanding communications skills to influence and thrive in a global matrixed organization
- 7+ years of experience in organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and human resources consulting
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration/Analytics
- Strong business acumen and ability to apply human capital implications
- Ability to demonstrate robust strategic thinking capabilities as well as the ability to execute effectively
- Demonstrated ability to promote an inclusive work environment
