Job Summary
A non-profit grassroots environmental organization is seeking a Remote Human Resources Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as HR Partner to your assigned client group
- Perform Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Help build and maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and thriving culture that reflects Sierra Club’s Equity values
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of overall professional experience (we are background agnostic and are excited by candidates with unique and different work histories)
- Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- The ability to practice discretion and maintain confidentiality
- The ability to use logic, reasoning, and empathy to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- A commitment to environmental and social justice, and the Sierra Club’s mission
