Job Summary
A benefits administration solutions company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Partner Relationship Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating communications and pipeline reporting for all Partners
- Developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving strong relationships with Partners
- Providing subject matter expertise on partner relations and services and pricing to sales and operations teams
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have strong understanding of healthcare administration and the impact it has on the industry
- College Degree (or equivalent) experience
- Strong relationship management and project management expertise
- 3-5 years' experience working with clients and building relationships with direct experience in the employee benefits/benefit administration industry
- Demonstrated ability to partner with other functional areas/organizations to deliver a seamless experience for the customer
