Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Human Resources Payroll Transformation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Deliver agile solutions that will overall improve our client's end to end payroll and/or global payroll outcomes
- Promote Digital Employee Operations (DEO) and Digital Learning Operations (DLO) practice
- Drive to adjust and manage our client's efforts to move transactional back-office to the front office
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to meet travel requirements where needed
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of external consulting experience or other experience related to Payroll Transformation
- 3 years of experience in ServiceNow, Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, and/or ADP
- Experience with Support sales cycle with RFP/RFI/RFQ development
