Job Summary

An outsourced healthcare service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources People and Culture Partner.

Must be able to:

• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations
• Oversee and support the administration of all HR related responsibilities
• Work closely with management and employees to ensure consistency and compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 5 yrs. of progressive HR experience in an HR role with management responsibilities
• Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field or equivalent work related experience
• Ability to learn new software programs and systems, including HRIS
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the general Human Resources discipline
