A telemedicine company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources People Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Utilizing people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention
- Supporting our non-exempt employees by delivering people programs
- Supporting the People Partner team with project management and execution of annual people programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Generalist, or equivalent business operations roles
- Experience supporting a non-exempt workforce, with an understanding of all of the compliance and policy nuances
- Excellent communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and an ability to quickly build credibility, establish rapport
