Job Summary

A residential care agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources People Operations and Compliance Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure that HR operations documentation and training is current
  • Provide HR data, analytics, and reporting
  • Review licensure and OIG sanctions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 7-10 years of related experience
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable local, state and federal government regulations
  • Proficient with applicable database and compliance software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
