Job Summary
A residential care agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources People Operations and Compliance Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure that HR operations documentation and training is current
- Provide HR data, analytics, and reporting
- Review licensure and OIG sanctions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7-10 years of related experience
- Extensive knowledge of applicable local, state and federal government regulations
- Proficient with applicable database and compliance software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
