Job Summary

A privately-held technology company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources People Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building new, and iterating on, existing people initiatives and programs
  • Analyzing people data across a variety of sources
  • Coaching and guideing managers and employees on all things people related

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner
  • Flexibility and resiliency - you should be able to move and grow along with the business’ needs
  • Ability to collaborate and proactively communicate across locations
  • Experience working with strategic + G&A functions + other global organizations
  • Proven experience providing business insights to inform people strategy
