An insurance and benefits company is seeking a Remote Human Resources Policy Governance Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead the HR Policy Governance Committee
  • Consult, advise, and provide best practice solutions to ER peers
  • Conduct regular review of all ER policies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 15+ years of practical experience in managing ER/HR policies
  • Extensive knowledge in HR-related laws
  • Sufficient knowledge in legal language, and capable of understanding and precisely interpreting HR related laws for management decision
