Job Summary
A software as a service company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Program Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Act as intermediary and liaison between outside counsel and business
- Overseeing the process for work-authorization visas and green card processes
- Educate managers and business partners on immigration issues, strategies, and guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to leverage tools and resources to proactively communicate and build relationships
- Must be able to understand policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to HR Governance and Compliance
- Must be able to assist with various HR projects working in collaboration with the HR team
- Must be able to assist in defining and developing key business support systems/processes required for rolling out HR Programs
- Must be able to build compliance requirements and auditability into key processes
