Job Summary

An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Project Coordinator in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting with scheduling events such as project kick off meetings and coordination of team members
  • Facilitating project team meetings as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records for each project from preparation through project closure

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience coordinating/supporting projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player, enthusiastic and highly motivated with a strong work ethic
