Job Summary
An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Project Coordinator in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with scheduling events such as project kick off meetings and coordination of team members
- Facilitating project team meetings as needed
- Maintaining accurate records for each project from preparation through project closure
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field of study
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience coordinating/supporting projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player, enthusiastic and highly motivated with a strong work ethic
