A technology staffing firm is seeking a Remote Human Resources Project Manager in Santa Clara.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing all aspects of a complex project relating to business and technology implementation
• Developing and managing integrated project plans
• Managing, planning and coordinating project activities to ensure goals and objectives are identified

Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience is required
• Four-year (4) college degree required
• Data-driven and savvy with metrics and analytics
• Strong business process expertise
• Strong experience with budget management, project financials, and ROI metrics
• Experience with technology implementations required
