Job Summary
A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and creating proactive talent pipelines in support of hospital hiring initiatives
- Sourcing applicants, screens resumes, interviewing candidates, and adjudicating background investigations
- Building relationships with nursing schools and other referral sources
Qualifications for this position include:
- B.S. or B.A. in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Communications or a related degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or staffing agency in high volume sourcing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting for multiple hiring managers across multiple locations
- Strong experience working with an ATS, CRM, and other recruiting sourcing tools and platforms
- Able to consult with hiring managers in identifying and recommending selected candidates for hire
