A business process consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of pre-hiring process
  • Assisting recruiters with on-boarding requirements of new hires
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports

Qualifications Include:

  • Business Degree in business or a related discipline
  • Highly skilled at establishing relationships to effectively interact with and support Proficient in MS Word
  • Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience in communicating and building relationships
  • Minimum of 1 year of high-profile customer service experience Mortgage industry or financial services industry
